学员必须全数支付学费才可上堂
Full payment is necessary before attending classes.
Respire Dance课堂套票， 超过有效期之套票将作废
Class coupon is valid as stated.
如欲取消学生优惠套票，Respire Dance 只接受身体健康为由，会员必须给予专业医生证明，将获退款8成。
Cancellation of Bulk-classes package, fees will not be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course. Should a student leave for medical purposes (allied health notice will be required in these circumstances) membership may be paused or refund 80%.
所有课堂套票不设退款及不能转让他人使用，学员如果生病、公干或其他私人理由、课堂不 足人数开班(最少3人开班)、课堂因个别导师理由暂时停止公开学员参加、导师不能教课取 消课堂、因恶劣天气而停课等情况，均不能延期课堂有效日期使用。学员有责任在套票有效 日期内使用，敬请留意!
In any conditions, all dance class coupons is non-refundable and cannot be shared or transferred.
A class will only run with a minimum no. of 3 enrolements, unless special notice is given from instructor.
所有基本大课课程均适合年满16岁或以上人士参加 (儿童班除外)
Members with the age of 16 or above (Except toddler and young children)
如未网上完成预订，请于上课前5分钟到接待处办理报名手续及缴费
For Walk-In enrolment, Please sign-in or register before 5 mins of each class
所有课堂最少3人开班, 如果不足3人，导师会再决定会否开班。如果课堂取消了，套票是不 会被扣除的
Min 3 members booking for opening class, otherwise, class will be cancelled. Class coupon won’t be deducted.
需出示有效合作方之学生证，才可购买学生优惠套票。
Only full time student can buy student price class coupons. Presenting a valid student card is necessary.
请注意上课时间，更改之时间将于Respire Dance 网页、Facebook Page、Instagram或微信出示
Please notice the course time schedule, the revised dance course schedule will be posted in Respire Dance webpage, facebook page, instagram and via wechat.
请小心保管个人财物,Respire Dance 将不负责任何财物之失窃或损毁
Beware of personal belongings, members should secure their valuables at all time, do not leave personal belongs in the lobby, lounge or changing room.Respire Dance Studio and tutors are not liable for any losses, stolen, or damaged personal items.
如果舞室因为疫情/ 严重事宜问题而需要关闭，所有课堂套票会根据关闭日数延长。
If Respire Dance needs to be closed according to Covid-pandemic policy or other dysfunctional reason, all dance class coupons will be extended according to number of closed days.
如遇任何意外以致身体损伤，Respire Dance 将不负任何法律责任
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER –Resire Dance as well as employees and teachers are not liable for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property in Neverland Dance House. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform the teacher of any personal limitations you may have. If you have any doubt to your physical abilities, please consult with your doctor before participating.
在特殊情况下, Respire Dance 有权更换导师而不作个别通知, 请留意中心内张贴之通告
In emergency circumstances, there will be no notify individual student when teachers become unavailable to teach their classes
恶劣天气安排‥台风讯号及暴雨警告悬挂时，所有课堂将会取消。由通讯通知本中心将恢 复运作
Bad Weather Arrangement. All classes will be canceled when a Severe weather condition warning is hoisted. Classes will be conducted according to the Timetable with via APP notice.
本舞室一般会于课堂、活动和演出中拍照或录影以作纪录，所拍/录的相片或影像亦会作公 开展示或宣传用途，而相片或影像中团员的肖像权乃归本团所有。若本舞室所选用的相片 或影像涉及阁下的肖像，本舞室将不另行通知。
Respire Dance 为阁下提供最佳服务。我们尊重阁下的个人私隐，因此，我们在搜集、维护 及使用个人资料时，保证遵守个人资料(私隐)条例的要求。有关本公司的私隐政策，请参阅 私隐政策

▌Booking & Cancellation Terms & Conditions
[大课] 必须先购买课堂套票才可预约。
[Group Classe] Please purchase class coupons before booking.
[大课]如果预约后想取消，请在课堂开始前12小时通知我们*，否则你的课堂套票都依然被 扣除，敬请留意! 病假除外。
[Group Classe] If you need to cancel the booking, please send a message to us before 12 hrs of class, otherwise, coupons will be deducted. Medical reason will be exclude from this term.
First Come First Serve 名额有限，先到先得
[小课]一旦确认之预约，均不可作退款。 会员如因身体不适未能出席已预约之课堂，需 于3小时或之前通知取消有关已预约之课堂，共随后补上医生证明获退款一半。
[Private Classe] Places are secured only on full payment. No refund applies to all private workshops unless a sick leave is notified with a medical certificate 3 hours prior to the class, a 50% refund will be made.
Respire Dance 有权于任何时间修订或更改或增加此规条及守则之条款，已修改之版本将 于公布后即时生效。条款的英文版本及中文版本出现歧异，均以英文版本为准。
